New Construction Companies

Everyone has dreams of building a “New Home,” even me!

Please allow me to give you some insight.

When you are being cordially greeted at the New Home sight:

     Who do you suppose that person works for?

     Who do you suppose pays that person’s wages?

     Who do you suppose they would tell you they worked for?

     You might want to ask, “In what capacity are you working for me?”

Do you know what options are actually available to you?

Is their price negotiable? How do you know?

Understanding all these things are very important for you, the buyer. 

Who is working for who?

Who is actually representing you?

Who is looking out for your best interest and advising you?

If your answer was "that you can handle it all by yourself", then why do you suppose the builder has a team of attorneys and real estate agents working directly for them?

Surely you don't think they are for your benefit, do you?
