.......You might make it a point to ask, “In what capacity are you working for me?”
Do you know what options are actually available to you?
Is the price negotiable? How do you know?
Understanding all of this and other things are very important for you, the buyer.
Who is working for who?
Who is not working for you?
Then who is actually representing you?
Who is looking out for your best interest and advising you?
If your answer was "you can handle it all by yourself", why do you suppose the builder has a team of attorneys and real estate agents working for them?
